Privacy & Cookies

U.S.-oriented privacy choices, explained plainly.

Mendem Foundation uses essential cookies and similar browser storage to keep the website working, support secure sign-in, and remember your privacy preferences. Optional analytics or advertising storage is kept off unless you choose otherwise.

Current site behavior

We currently rely on essential storage for functions like login and preference memory. We do not currently enable non-essential analytics or advertising cookies by default. If that changes, the preference controls on this site are designed to let you manage those categories.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as a request to keep optional tracking off.

U.S. privacy rights

If applicable law covers your data, you may have rights to know, access, delete, correct, or limit certain processing.
If a law gives you the right to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, you can use Your Privacy Choices on this site.
You can also use browser controls such as Global Privacy Control where supported.

California guidance explains that covered businesses must honor valid Global Privacy Control opt-out requests, and Colorado guidance says covered businesses subject to that law must accept GPC for sale or targeted-advertising opt-outs. This page is for transparency and user control; it is not legal advice.
